Delivery and Refunds

UK Shipping

UK shipping is via Royal Mail 1st class post. Postage charges have been calculated using the current Royal Mail Pricing in Proportion charges and all steps have been take to minimise the shipping costs we pass on to you.

Product should be received within 2-5 working days of placing the order.

Special Offer - For a limited period there will be free postage and packing for orders over £25.00 (example four packs of replacement aquamisers) and a flat rate of £1.00 for orders under £25.00

Europe Shipping (EU Region only)

European shipping costs are via Royal Mail using the small packet international service.

No Customs Declarations are required for shipping within Europe

For larger or unusual orders, please contact us for a quotation on shipping as in some cases a courier will be used where they are more economical

Product should be received within 3 – 6 working days of placing the order

Rest of the world shipping

We do not generally ship product outside of the EU. Please email us to check our policy regarding your country and region.

Refund Policy

We offer a no quibbles money back guarantee and we will refund monies within 48 hours on request.

If you are unsatisfied with any Matchless product, with valid reason, Matchless will refund you the cost of the transaction on return of that product as long as Matchless have been informed within 14 days of purchase.
