You must be an existing legal smoker and over 18yrs of age to purchase Matchless Products.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
We deliver internationally, all prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges. We charge varying fees for shipping - dependent on weight and size (in line with UK Pricing in Proportion guidelines) and will always seek to combine items into one shipment to ensure the lowest postal costs. Details of our shipping costs are given here.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory consumer rights which allow you a cooling off period of 7 days after you receive the goods to contact us in writing (by email to email@example.com ) to advise us that you wish to cancel your purchase. In this case we will advise you how to return the goods to us and you will be liable for the shipping costs of that return. Providing the returned goods are unused and received undamaged in re-saleable condition we will re-imburse your purchase within 30 days or send you replacement goods of a similar value.
Please ensure you inspect your order within 7 days from receipt, on rare occasions an order may have been despatched incorrectly and we will at our cost make good any deficiencies.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for the return costs and has a Duty of Care to ensure the items are returned in good condition.
Disposable electronic cigarettes, batteries and atomisers are consumable products. On receipt of these items, any found to be non working can be returned within 30 days for replacement by Matchless.
Should any item be found to be defective within this period please contact Matchless by email on email@example.com with full details and we will instruct you on the returns procedure.
The returner will be liable for the costs of postage/shipping to return to Matchless.
Providing that there is no evidence of tampering or misuse, Matchless will send a replacement for faulty items.
All our products are subject to availability of stock. On occasions we may offer to substitute a product for a product of greater or equal price. In the event we offer to substitute for a product of lesser value than ordered we will refund the difference.
In the event that your order is subject to change we will endeavour to contact you and discuss your options -
- Wait until our stock arrives - you will be informed of the time involved.
- Opt to change your order for another product of equal or lesser value, a refund will be made if you opt for a lesser valued product.
- Upgrade your product and make good the difference in cost
- cancel your order in favour of a full and prompt refund
